Terms of Service

DimaHire is intended for use by individuals and businesses who are legally permitted to enter into binding agreements under the laws that apply to them. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

DimaHire Registrations of talent requires that every talents is 18 years and above and has a proven consent to work and earn. DimaHire reserves the right to request proof of eligibility and to suspend accounts that do not meet applicable requirements.

When you create a DimaHire account, you agree to:

• provide accurate, current, and complete information
• keep your login credentials and any account access confidential
• notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• remain responsible for activity that occurs under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, present a security or fraud risk, or where required by law — see Section 22 (Termination).

Talents are independent professionals — for example developers, designers, barbers, chefs, shoemakers, photographers, videographers, marketers, consultants, artisans, and other skilled service providers — who use DimaHire to showcase their work and receive opportunities.

Dima is DimaHire's AI-powered assistant, made available primarily through WhatsApp. Dima can help customers describe what they need, surface suitable talents, assist with booking workflows, and answer questions about the Platform.

Dima operates in part through WhatsApp, a service provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. or its affiliates ("Meta"). DimaHire does not own or control WhatsApp or Meta. Your use of WhatsApp to interact with Dima is also subject to WhatsApp's and Meta's own terms of service and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

We are not responsible for outages, changes, or restrictions imposed by WhatsApp or Meta that affect your ability to use Dima.

DimaHire may require talents and/or businesses to complete identity or business verification, which may be carried out with the help of third-party verification providers (for example, Didit or similar providers). Verification may include government-issued ID checks, facial or liveness checks, identity matching, address verification, business verification, and fraud or risk checks.

We may reject, suspend, or request additional verification at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, misuse, or non-compliance with these Terms.

DimaHire may let talents connect external accounts or tools to showcase their work, such as GitHub, LinkedIn, Figma, YouTube, Behance, Vercel, or Google Drive.

• Connecting any supported integration is optional and controlled by you.
• Connecting an account may require you to authorize access through that third-party provider directly.
• We only request and use the information reasonably necessary to power the relevant feature (for example, displaying selected projects on your profile).
• Third-party providers have their own terms of service and privacy policies, which apply to your use of those services.
• Connecting an account does not mean DimaHire guarantees the quality, ownership, authorship, or accuracy of any work shown through that integration.
• We may remove or stop displaying content sourced from a connected account if it violates these Terms or our other policies.

You may upload or submit content to DimaHire, including profile photos, portfolio images, descriptions, work samples, documents, skills, experience, links, and business information ("User Content").

The typical process for hiring a talent through DimaHire looks like this:

• a customer describes the service or role they need (typically via Dima);
• the customer receives one or more talent recommendations;
• the customer selects a talent;
• the customer pays any applicable booking or payment amount;
• the customer receives a booking reference or confirmation;
• where applicable, the talent accepts or declines the opportunity; and
• if accepted, the talent and customer proceed with the service.

DimaHire may facilitate payments between customers and talents through third-party payment processors. We do not directly custody funds outside of what those processors provide.

• Payments may be held or restricted while a booking is pending or in progress.
• Funds may become available for withdrawal by a talent once applicable completion or eligibility conditions are met.
• Withdrawals may be subject to processing times, additional verification, fees, limits, fraud checks, and applicable law.
• Refunds, where applicable, are handled under our platform refund rules in effect at the time of the transaction.
• Our payment processors have their own terms that apply to the handling of your payment information and funds.

DimaHire may charge fees, which can include:

• booking or transaction/platform fees,
• business subscription fees,
• job posting, listing, or hiring fees, and
• other fees that we disclose in connection with the relevant feature.

Where reasonably possible, applicable fees are disclosed before you complete a payment. We may change our fees from time to time; where a change affects you, we will provide reasonable notice before it takes effect.

Businesses can use DimaHire to hire talents, publish jobs or opportunities, promote their business, list products or services, and become discoverable through Dima. Businesses agree to provide accurate and current information about themselves.

Where DimaHire offers subscription or other business pricing, current pricing is made available on the Platform and is not restated here. Pricing may change from time to time in accordance with Section 12 (Fees).

When using DimaHire, you agree not to:

• engage in fraud, scams, impersonation, or the creation of fake identities or fake reviews;
• manipulate bookings, ratings, or engage in payment fraud;
• harass, discriminate against, or abuse other users;
• engage in illegal activity, spam, or unauthorized scraping or automated access;
• reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the Platform;
• upload malware or other malicious code;
• share accounts where prohibited, or attempt to bypass applicable platform fees;
• misuse WhatsApp, Dima, or any related integration;
• abuse or attempt to circumvent our verification systems; or
• infringe intellectual property rights or attempt to compromise the security of the Platform.

Violating this section may result in suspension or termination of your account and, where appropriate, legal action.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with DimaHire. Please review it to understand our practices.

DimaHire relies on third-party services to operate the Platform, including WhatsApp/Meta, Supabase, payment providers, identity verification providers, external work integrations, and cloud infrastructure providers.

These third parties have their own terms of service and privacy policies. DimaHire is not responsible for outages, errors, or policy changes by third-party providers that are beyond our reasonable control.

DimaHire is a platform that connects customers and businesses with independent talents; we are generally not the provider of the underlying services offered by talents. The Platform and Dima are provided "as is" and "as available."

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DimaHire does not guarantee:

• the quality, safety, or legality of any talent's services,
• the conduct of any customer, talent, or business,
• business outcomes or performance,
• that a job or booking will be completed,
• uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform,
• the accuracy of Dima's outputs, or
• the continued availability of any third-party service integrated with the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DimaHire and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold DimaHire harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your unlawful conduct; (c) your misuse of the Platform; (d) your infringement of any third party's rights; (e) your submitted User Content; or (f) your transactions or relationships with other users of the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the Platform, Dima, or other reasonable means. Your continued use of DimaHire after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You may stop using DimaHire at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms, present a fraud or security risk, or as required by law.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 17 through 19 and 24 through 25 — will continue to apply. Outstanding payment, refund, or dispute obligations that arose before termination will continue to apply.

By using DimaHire, you consent to receive notices and communications from us electronically, including via WhatsApp, email, or in-app/on-platform notices, where permitted by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and DimaHire regarding your use of the Platform, and supersede any prior agreements on this subject, except where a separate written agreement between you and DimaHire expressly states otherwise.
